Thank you for your Brain Profile purchase.
You should now receive:
(i) An email from PayPal confirming your purchase.
(ii) An email from sales@chameleonbrain.com that contains:
– Full details of your purchase.
– A web site link for the online questionnaire.
– Your ‘Profile Code(s)’ that you enter at the website link in order to gain access to the Brain Profiling questionnaire.
– A clickable link that allows you to download an instructional document on ‘Discovering Your Whole Brain’ (this is yours and not to be distributed to others). You are permitted to share this with each person for whom a Profile Code has been purchased but not to others.
– A clickable link to a set of instructions that guide you through the process of completing the online questionnaire.
To conduct the online questionnaire you must visit the website link and enter your email address and the provided Profile Code.
IMPORTANT:
If you bought profiles for more than one age group, make sure that the correct aged person uses the correct code. The codes take you to slightly modified question sets and you must get these correct. If you incorrectly use a code then you cannot be refunded, so please get this right! This aspect is also described to you in the email you will receive. (The conditions governing the purchase were accepted as part of the checkout process and, as a reminder, can be accessed on the menu bar above under the T&C option.)
After visiting the website link and completing the questionnaire, you will receive your Brain Profile automatically on email at the email address you enter when you conduct the questionnaire.
If you have purchased Profile Codes for others you should email them the correct code for their age group.
